**** Attention Regional Competitors *****


Now that the Dual National is out of the way, it's time for the Regional Drivers to come out to Nelson and have some fun.

June 28 & 29 Nelson will welcome the Fingerlake Restricted Double Regional. There will be a Pursuit Race on Sunday after lunch. Contact Wilma Giesy 315-597-9637 or go to the FLR website for more information.

On July 12 & 13, MVR/MARRS will be here for another Double Regional.If this year is anything like last years, this should be a great weekend of racing.

At the end of July, 26 & 27 Neo will host their Double Regional. From what I'm hearing alot of really fun things are in store for the drivers this year. Check the Neo web site soon for registration information and for the plans Neo has.

Western Ohio Region will be coming to Nelson, for the first time, with the WOR Games, August, 29,30 & 31. I'm excited to see what is going to happen with this event.

September will allow everyone to catch their breath before MVR's Double Regional / The Golden Harvest on October 18 & 19. WNY's Pumpkin is on Oct. 25 & 26. That is always a good time.


I'm fully aware that with gas prices most drivers are carefully picking what events they will particiate in I hope that Nelson will be one of your planned trips to a track this summer.


Oh and on a personal side note, let's not forget the 2008 Longest Day on August 23 & 24.
